8-10 potatoes, cooked and diced
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, cut fine

DRESSING:

3 egg yolks, mashed; use whites cut up with potatoes
1 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise

Mix well and stir in potato mixture.
