SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked or
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans crab or lobster meat, drained and flaked or
12 oz. pkg. cooked and cleaned shrimp or
16 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill. Serve plain or fill green peppers or hollowed out tomatoes or lettuce cups.
