CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 chicken, cooked and chopped
flour tortillas
Green chilies, 1 can
1 can cream of chicken soup
Grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
Chicken broth from cooked chicken

Layer in 9x13 pan, tortillas, 1/2 can soup, 1/2 can chilies, cheese, onion and 1/2 of chicken. Add layer of broth for moisture. Another layer as above, then tortillas on top and cheese on top of tortillas. Cook at 350 degrees until brown.
