TUNA CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked noodles
1 can tuna (packed in water)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cream of celery soup
1 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. American cheese, diced

Heat in a medium saucepan milk, soup, and cheese to make sauce. Continue to stir to prevent sticking. Heat until cheese is melted. Then mix together noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, salt, celery, onion and green pepper. Combine sauce with other ingredients. Place into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Serve hot. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
