FRUIT SALAD 
1 can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. reserved juice from pineapple
1/2 pt. whipped cream
2 c. diced apples with skin (Jonathan or Ida Reds)
1 c. salted peanuts

Mix pineapple and marshmallows and let stand overnight. Cook sugar, flour, egg, vinegar and juice until thick. (If reserved juice is less than 1 cup, add water.)

Cool mixture and add whipped cream. Stir in pineapple and marshmallows. Just before serving add apples and peanuts.
