HERSHEY'S VANILLA CHIP FRUIT

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
10 oz. vanilla milk chips
1/4 c. whipping cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Fresh fruit

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in flour. Press mixture into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

In microwave-safe bowl, microwave chips and whipping cream on high. Mix until chips are melted. Beat in cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust. Slice and arrange fresh fruit over filling (strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, grapes, etc.)

FRUIT TOPPING: In small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Cook until thick. Cool and pour over fruit.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
