PASTA SALAD 
12 oz. spiral macaroni
1 1/4 c. pitted olives, sliced
1 c. chopped red, yellow or green pepper
1/4 lb. hard salami, cut into strips
1 sm. red onion, cut into rings
1/3 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. parsley
3/4 c. Italian salad dressing

Cook macaroni; drain. Rinse with cold water until completely cool. Combine remaining ingredients. Add macaroni. Toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
