CREAMY POTATO POTAGE | |
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber 2 tbsp. chopped green onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 can (10 1/4 oz.) frozen condensed cream of potato soup 1 soup can water 1/8 tsp. paprika 1/3 c. sour cream Cook cucumber and green onion in butter until tender. Add soup, water and paprika. Heat; stir now and then. Blend in sour cream. 2-3 servings. To serve as cold soup, prepare as above, then chill about 4 hours. Stir in 1/2 to 1 cup milk before serving. |
