DINNER IN A ROLL 
2 c. ground meat
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water or tomato juice
1/2 onion, minced
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
Biscuit dough

Make a dough as for biscuits adding 1/2 cup mashed potatoes to flour when mixing. Roll out. Spread with the meat filling. Roll up as for jelly roll. Bake in a very hot oven, 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Either cooked or uncooked meat can be used.
