MUSTARD PICKLES 
1 qt. vinegar
1 c. water
1/4 c. horseradish
1/3 to 1/2 c. pickling salt
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. brown sugar or more if you prefer sweeter taste
Pickles, sliced or whole sm. ones

Mix all together in a large mouth gallon jar or crock. Keep in the refrigerator.
