CUMIN RICE 
3 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. raw rice
3/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 c. boiling water

Heat oil in oven proof casserole. Add pepper, onion, garlic and rice and brown until rice is browned. Add cumin, bouillon and water. Cover tightly and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
