WELSH SHORTBREAD 
3 c. flour
1 c. cornstarch
2 c. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond

Beat butter, sugar and flavorings; combine flour and cornstarch. Press into 2 Pyrex 9" pie plates. Score with fork into 8 wedges and "M" and "W" design. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Re-score with fork; cool.
