BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE (EA) 
1 c. elbow noodles
2 qt. boiling water & salt

Boil about 12 minutes. Drain through colander. Pour hot water over noodles and drain. Put noodles in buttered casserole.

CHEESE SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour

Mix into paste. Add to balance of milk. Bring to boil until creamy. Add a little salt and a small can of grated American cheese. Pour over noodles. Bake in 400 degree oven until brown.
