HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
3 sliced onions
5 med. sliced carrots
4 stalks sliced celery
3 cubes beef bouillon
1 c. barley
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG or seasoned salt
1 1/2 qt. water

Brown ground beef; drain fat off and add other ingredients until vegetables are tender.
