1 envelope low-calorie whipped topping mix
Vanilla, sherry wine or rum flavoring
1 tbsp. powdered sugarqt. strawberries
2 envelopes low-calorie strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 (9-inch) pie shell

Prepare topping mix according to directions on package. Add flavoring and powdered sugar. Cover bottom of crust. Arrange washed and hulled strawberries over cream. Prepare gelatin according to directions on package and chill until consistency of egg whites. Spoon gently over strawberries to cover completely. Chill until firm.
