CREAMED LIVER 
1 oz. butter
2 onions, chopped
12 oz. chicken livers, cut into strips
5 oz. single cream
4 fluid oz. milk
2 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. paprika

Melt butter in deep frying pan. Add onion and saute. Add liver and fry for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring frequently. Serve with rice and a green salad.
