SALSA 
4 med. ripe tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. green peppers, finely chopped
1/4 c. olive or salad oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. coriander seed, crushed
2 to 3 tbsp. drained canned finely chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro
Dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
