CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
4 whole chicken breasts
9 flour tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green chili salsa
1/2 lb. Co-Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Boil chicken. Remove meat from bone and dice. Save broth from chicken, cut tortillas into 1" strips. Mix soups, milk, onion and salsa together. Pour broth from chicken into casserole dish. Layer tortillas, soup, chicken and cheese. Repeat ending with cheese on top. Make one day before baking and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
