BACON SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. spaghetti
3 eggs
1 lb. bacon
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of pepper (or to taste)

Cook spaghetti according to directions and drain. While spaghetti is cooking; cook bacon, drain and crumble it. Save grease. Beat eggs, add garlic salt, cheese and pepper. Beat again to blend well.

Quickly toss hot, drained spaghetti with some bacon grease (about 1/4 cup), add egg mixture and toss. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon, toss and serve hot. (Not recommended for those on low sodium or cholesterol diets!) Serves 4-6.
