ONE-STEP TAMALE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (8 oz.) cans seasoned tomato sauce
1 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drain
1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
A few dashes bottles hot pepper sauce
3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
2 to 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt to taste (approximately 1 tsp.)

In large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned and onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes approximately 8 servings.
