FUDGE TRUFFLE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
6 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
1/4 c. coffee-flavored liqueur
2 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, confectioners' sugar, cocoa and butter. Press firmly on bottom and 1/2 inch up side of 9-inch springform pan.

In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add chips, eggs, liqueur and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour or until center is set. Cool. Chill overnight. Garnish with whipped cream.
