STEAK AND MUSHROOM PIE 
1 1/2 lb. steak, cut in strips
8 oz. jar mushrooms
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can beef consomme (Campbells)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped celery stalk
1 slice tomato
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter

Set oven at 400 degrees. Saute onions, green pepper, celery, tomato, mushrooms and steak in butter. Then add beef consomme. Wash and drain rice. Pour into casserole dish. Add the sauteed mixture. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
