LOW CALORIE COOKED CABBAGE 
1 1/2 lb. cabbage
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. prepared mustard

Remove outer leaves from cabbage. Cut into quarters, remove core and chop. Drop into boiling salted water. Cover and cook over medium heat about 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain well. Toss with mixture of juice and mustard. Serve hot. Makes 6-8 servings.
