CREAMED HAMBURGER 
1 lb. ground beef
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large fry pan, brown the beef; drain. Add the flour and stir to coat the meat. Blend in the milk and the butter, stirring constantly. Continue to cook over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken. Reduce heat to low and cook 10 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Can be served over toast or mashed potatoes.
