CREAMED HAMBURGER 
1 lb. hamburger
1 beef bouillon cube

Fry hamburger loose until brown. Cover with water. Add beef cube, a few shakes of pepper and salt. Simmer slowly for about 10 minutes. Thicken with either flour or water, or cornstarch and water; until it is thick enough, but not too thick, to pour over potatoes. Serve with peas, green beans or yellow beans.
