2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr Soup mix (leek)
3 green onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. water chestnuts
Sliced corn beef

Cook spinach in microwave. Drain all water off. Mix remaining ingredients.
