FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. fruit cocktail
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 can Pet evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, eggs and fruit cocktail. Pour in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

FROSTING: Combine ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. Cool and pour over cooled cake.
