STUFFED HOT DOGS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. bread cubes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1 1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 tsp. pepper

Cook slowly 5 minutes in hunk of butter the chopped onion and shredded carrots. Remove from heat and add bread cubes, evaporated milk, salt, pepper and sage. Fills 8 lengthwise sliced hot dogs. Put in rectangular baking pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Dressing excellent also for stuffed chops.
