8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
5-6 Granny Smith apples, for dipping

Mix together first 4 ingredients and refrigerate. Slice apples and serve.
