NACHO CHEESE SAUCE 
1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. picante sauce
1/4 c. milk

Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Serve over tortilla chips.

I was craving a quick nacho cheese sauce to pour over tortilla chips and I tried this. It would have been good to stress that medium or hot picante sauce is preferred. I used the mild, and it tasted like just melted American cheese. I chopped a roasted green chile and threw it in but it didn't help. It's an easy recipe that I will use again but definitely with medium or hot picante sauce.
