SEAFOOD SUPREME 
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper, celery, onion
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. white wine
2 lbs. shrimp cooked and cleaned
6 oz. frozen crab
Worcestershire sauce to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. white sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Saute vegetables in butter and wine. Cool. Add to seafood. Add Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Pour white sauce over mixture, stir, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

This is wonderful served in puffed pastry shells for luncheon.
