HERSHEY BROWNIES 
1 stick softened butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. can Hershey syrup
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs two at a time and beat well. Add vanilla and syrup. Add flour and baking powder. Mix until all dry ingredients are moist. Add nuts and pour into 11 x 15 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Do not bake longer. When cool, frost if desired. Very moist and chewy. Freezes well. Serves 20 to 24.
