BEEF ON A STICK 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch to 1 1/2-inch chunks
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger root
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine seven ingredients in shallow dish; add steak and stir to coat the meat. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove from marinade and thread on 6 skewers. You may add chunks of green pepper, onion and tomato between the chunks of steak. Place on grill over hot coals. Turn every three or four minutes until done. Serve over a bed of rice.
