SIMPLE LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
Sm. onion, diced
8 oz. lasagna noodles
2 beaten eggs
2 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. sliced or grated Mozzarella cheese
2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce

Brown meat and onions. Drain fat. Cook noodles in boiling water as directed. Drain. Combine eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and meat. In 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish, layer half each of the noodles, meat mixture, Mozzarella cheese, and spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
