EASY LASAGNE 
1 pkg. lasagna noodles (about 8 oz.)
2 lbs. cream style cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 sm. jars Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten

Mix cottage cheese with Mozzarella and add egg. Heat spaghetti sauce with Italian seasoning, just enough to blend well. Add mushrooms and oregano if you like. Brown ground beef (sprinkle with garlic salt, optional). Add to sauce. Butter a 9 x 12 inch pan. Spread 1/2 noodles on bottom, next spread 1/2 cheese mixture. Next, spread 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat all layers ending with sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 12.
