DIETERS SALAD 
SALAD:

1/4 head lettuce
1/2 c. pineapple chunks, unsweetened
1/2 c. tuna, water packed

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. mayonnaise or sour cream
2 tbsp. juice from pineapple

SALAD: Cut up lettuce and put into a bowl with tuna and pineapple.

DRESSING: Mix well mayonnaise and juice. Pour over salad. Serve with 4 saltine crackers. A filling lunch for about 240 calories.
