VALENTINE'S CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 pkg. (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling 1 3/4 c. milk 2 eggs 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Baker's chocolate flavor baking chips Combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk, eggs and chips in a large bowl. Mix by hand until well blended, about 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Do not overbake. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired. |
