THREE BEAN SALAD 
1 or 2 can green beans
1 can yellow wax beans
1 can kidney beans
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, sliced

Drain the beans and mix with onion and pepper.

1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes; strain, then add 1/2 cup Wesson oil, 1 teaspoon salt. Stir and pour HOT mixture over beans and let stand. This is better if cool and refrigerated overnight.
