WHEAT YOGURT MUFFINS | |
1 c. whole wheat flour 3/4 c. wheat germ 3 tbsp. brown sugar, packed 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (8 oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt 6 tbsp. melted butter 1 slightly beaten egg 1/2 c. raisins Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and sugar. Add yogurt, butter, egg and raisins. Stir until moist. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Makes 12. Bake at 375 degrees for 17-22 minutes. 155 calories each. |
