EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 boxes (2 layer size) yellow cake mix (pudding type)
2/3 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine cake mixes, butter, eggs and 1/4 cup water; mix well. (Dough will be stiff.) Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until bottom is golden. Yield 7 dozen.

Nothing "easy" about this, was too stiff to "spoon" and chips would not blend into the dough evenly. I ended up having to spread the entire dough over the whole cookie sheet and pressing the chips in from the top, doing this added time to the baking, the aroma is fantastic, but even if it taste as good as it smells, the next time I want to make quick and "easy" cookies, I will run to the store and buy refrigerated cookie dough lol
