CINNAMON POPCORN 
5 qt. popped corn (about 20 c.)
1 (9 oz.) pkg. red hots candy
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon flavoring

Microwave red hots, butter, syrup and salt on high to boil. Boil 1 minute; add cinnamon flavoring. Put popped corn in large paper bag. Pour hot syrup over popcorn and shake. Microwave on high 1 minute. Shake, then microwave 1 final minute and shake. Cool.
