MUFFIN MOUNDS 
6 English muffins
12 oz. sliced Buddig corned beef
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. horseradish
Pepper
12 thin slices tomato
1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
6 slices sharp cheese

Split and toast muffins. Pile 1 ounce corned beef on each muffin half. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish. Spread mixture over the meat, sprinkle with pepper. Top with 2 tomato slices and olives and cheese slice. Broil 6" from broiler for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
