EASY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 (24 oz.) cottage cheese
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese
1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked

Brown meat, drain grease, add tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and V-8 juice. Simmer 15 minutes. Grease 9 x 15 inch pan, layer ingredients (sauce, uncooked noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese). Top layer should be sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be assembled ahead, store in refrigerator or freeze. Baking time will then be approximately 1 1/2 hours.
