BAR-B-QUE RIBS 
5 lbs. spareribs

Prepare and set aside. 3 tbsp. diced green pepper 1 med. size, onion, finely chopped

Cook spareribs over low charcoals, until well done, basting with water to keep moisten.

BAR-B-QUE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. prepared Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup.

Heat butter over low heat. Blend together remaining ingredients, add the ketchup mixture to the vegetable mixture in a saucepan. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and blend in 1/4 cup lemon juice. Serve hot over spareribs.
