PEACH COBBLER 
6 c. peeled, pitted, and sliced peaches (about 12)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 tbsp. Kingsford's cornstarch
1 (7.5 oz.) pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar

In large bowl, toss peaches with lemon juice. In small bowl, stir together sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Add to peach slices; toss well. Turn into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Arrange biscuits on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until golden brown.
