6 boiled potatoes, cubed
1 sm. onion, diced
5 hard cooked eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 lb. cheese (blue or provolone)
8 black olives
2 slices bacon or 1 c. bacon bits

Oven 350 degrees. Combine the ingredients. Place in casserole and top with olives. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
