HOT MUSTARD DIP 
5 oz. Coleman's dry mustard
1 c. cider vinegar

Mix mustard with vinegar and let set anywhere from 1/2 hour to 3 days. Then beat:

Add 1 cup sugar and egg to mustard mixture. Using heavy saucepan, cook on medium heat until thick. Use your own judgment to what thickness you prefer. Usually thickest just before bubbling. This is great with veggies as a veggie dip, sandwiches or pepperoni.
