BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook sausage until brown. Drain and set aside. Separate crescent rolls in 8 triangles. Place triangles with elongated points toward center of greased pizza pan. Press sides and bottom to form a crust. Seal perforations.

Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes. Crust will be puffy when removed from the oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour over sausage.

Bake at 350°F on lower rack for 30 to 35 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8. Use pizza pan with high rim around it.
