CINNAMON APPLES 
5-6 apples
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. red hots

Peel the apples, put in saucepan and add enough water to cover barely. Boil for 5-7 minutes. When tender, add sugar, boil about 3 minutes longer, stirring. Add red hots and stir gently for another minute.
