MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
6 c. tortilla chips
1 lb. hamburger or pork sausage
1 med. onion, minced
1/4 c. chili powder
8 oz. tomato paste
1 c. water
4 oz. chopped green chilies

Brown meat and onion. Add chili powder, tomato paste and water. In casserole layer in order, chips, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
